To borrow audio/visual equipment:
The Rice Student Center has added a/v equipment checkout to the growing list of services they provide. To learn more or fill out an online request, visit their web site at http://www.rice.edu/sc. All items should be picked up from and returned to the Student Center Information Desk.

For a/v event production or videoconferencing assistance:
Digital Media Services now offers webcasting and audio/visual production assistance for upcoming events and videoconferences. Please email avevents@rice.edu for more information.

For questions regarding equipment installed in classrooms:
If you need help with multimedia equipment permanently installed in Registrat-booked classrooms, please contact the Instructional Technology Department (helpdesk@rice.edu, 713-348-5687) .

To report a problem with a/v equipment installed in a classroom:
Urgent problems: Please call the IT Operations Center at 713-348-4989 and ask them to contact a Classroom Technology Specialist.

Non-urgent problems: Please log a problem at http://helpdesk.rice.edu or contact the Instructional Technology Department (helpdesk@rice.edu, 713-348-5687) .
